We did not seek votes by telling lies like Congress, says Vasundhara Raje
Chief minister Vasundhara Raje addressed meetings in three Assembly constituencies of Udaipur district and laid the foundation stones of various development works on Sunday on the second day of her Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra. The yatra on Sunday night entered Dungarpur district.
The yatra entered Udaipur district through Kaloda on Sunday morning. While addressing the public meeting at Gogunda, Jhadol and Kherwada, the CM appealed to the public to bring the BJP back in power. “We did not seek votes by telling lies like Congress. The previous Congress government opened 27 colleges in the election year while many colleges opened in school buildings. We also opened colleges, but we also constructed building and started the education session there,” said Raje. She added that once voted to power again her government will undertake massive development works so that people will come to Rajasthan to set up new industries. Raje inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of development works worth Rs 34.11 crore in Gogunda Assembly segment, on Sunday.
The CM also announced to change the name of Chorbawadi village to Vijaybawadi. On this occasion, Raje gave credit certificates to farmers, tricycles to physically challenged, cycles to schoolgirls, and pension to widows and elderly. She also distributed Prime Minister Housing Scheme certificates.
