Trai talks to Vodafone Idea, Airtel over minimum recharge plans

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) confronts Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea for warning subscribers of getting a minimum recharge plans and failing to do will have their sim deactivated.
