Venkaiah Naidu criticises parliamentarians over 'improper functioning' of Rajya Sabha

Upset over regular adjournments of the Rajya Sabha, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu on Thursday pulled up the Parliamentarians and expressed displeasure over the "improper functioning" of the Upper House.
