Mehbooba takes exception to India calling Pak High Commissioner for Qureshi dialling Mirwaiz

PDP president Mehbooba Mufti said India's response to a telephonic conversation between Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and separatist leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has reduced the ties between the two countries to the lowest level.
