7th pay commission: Just after the Modi government gives nod to a hike in Dearness Allowance, Rajasthan government has followed suit to gift a pay hike under the 7th Pay Commission to its employees. Following the Centre's steps, the Rajasthan state government has also hiked the Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) paid to its staff and pensioners. The latest move under the 7th Pay Commission will benefit 8.5 lakh employees and 3.5 lakh pensioners of Rajasthan government.
