J&K: CRPF helpline receives 34K calls

During the security clampdown that came into effect with the abrogation of special status to Jammu and Kashmir on August 5, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) through its Madadgaar app handled 34,274 calls (both incoming and outgoing) to let the people in the valley know about the well-being of their loved ones, claimed CRPF on Tuesday.
