Russia chips in on India-China border row; says New Delhi, Beijing should engage in meaningful dialogue

Russia has made it clear that it will not interfere in the ongoing India-China dispute on its own unless asked specifically to mediate by either of the two countries. However, Russia continues to motivate New Delhi and Beijing to resolve the border dispute through dialogue.
