PG Medical Admission:SC seeks reply from Maharashtra government and MCI on 10 percent quota

The Supreme Court seeks a reply from the Maharashra Government and Medical Council of India on a plea that directs the state government not to implement the 10 percent quota for economically weaker sections (EWS) general category students in post graduate medical admissions. The petittion was filed by Janhit Abhiyan.
